PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU FALL WITHIN THE NEW ADJUSTED BOUNDARY AND YOU HAVE ALREADY VOTED, YOUR VOTE WILL BE COUNTED AS IT STANDS, HOWEVER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE YOUR VOTE, YOU WILL NEED TO VOTE AGAIN.

The voting period opens on 30 June 2026 and closes on 30 July 2026.
Please note: Only one Additional Rate Payer (ARP) vote will be accepted (ie online or via the form); duplicate votes will be deleted. The first vote received will be the one recorded.
One form per juristic entity should be completed with the supporting documents (for example: Miss I.Marais completes a form for her properties and an additional form for Marais Enterprises plus a proxy form). Reminder: One vote per juristic entity (ARP).
All votes, whether via the form or online, are verified by the Steering Committee before being passed to the Dr. Beyers Naude Local Municipality for ratification.
Owners of multiple erven may list up to three properties/units on the form. Additional properties can be listed on duplicate forms (Should the form be completed online, additional properties can be added).
Joint owners must submit details and signatures for both owners.
If you are voting on behalf of someone else, the property owner will need to fill in the proxy form found here.
Properties owned by a company, close corporations or a trust must submit the required supporting documentation to participate.
