The residents of Graaff-Reinet are passionate about improving services, and the Community Improvement District (CID) offers us the unique opportunity to fund these developments, ensuring a more prosperous, affordable, and sustainable quality of life for all.
Led by a committed steering committee and to be managed by a Non-Profit Company (NPC), this initiative invites property-owning residents to become active members. This ensures that everyone has a voice in decision-making and oversight, creating a truly collaborative community.
